Shipping
Our products can be delivered to delivery addresses in Germany and EU countries.
Shipping iscarried out by a forwarding agent via Kühne & Nagel. For deliveries within Germany there are shipping costs of 49,- Euro, for EU countries 89,- Euro (island surcharges can be found in the shipping costs calculation).
Smaller orders are sent by DHL parcel. For parcels within Germany there are shipping costs of 5.90 Euro, for EU countries 14.90 Euro.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
The delivery time is one to three working days within Germany and four to seven working days to other EU countries. We will indicate separately in the online shop any delivery times that may differ for individual products.
Payment
Cash on collection: You pay for the goods in cash on site when you collect them (cash payment is only possible when you collect them)
Prepayment bank transfer: You will receive our account details in advance with the order confirmation, to which you pay the amount due.
PayPal: You will be forwarded directly to PayPal after submitting your order and we will receive your payment within a few seconds.
Mollie: We offer the following payment methods via the payment service provider Mollie:
- Klarna - Financing.
- Klarna - Pay Later.
- Klarna - SOFORT bank transfer
Please note: If payment is received before 12 noon, your order will usually be dispatched on the same day.
